Who runs this site?
This site is run by CyberCore, a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent (registration A031262600006) and authorised channel partner for Godrej Properties in Nagpur. It is not the official website of Godrej Properties Ltd or Godrej Skyline Developers Ltd.
What we do for buyers
- Share price lists, live availability, the masterplan and plot-wise cost sheets.
- Arrange site visits and live video tours.
- Help with documents, bank loans, the agreement for sale and registration, through to possession.
Where our facts come from
- The MahaRERA registration of the project (PP1190002600809) and the documents uploaded there: approvals, title, the proforma allotment letter and agreement for sale.
- Official images supplied for the project, always labelled as artist's impressions.
- Travel times from Google Maps, labelled as approximate.
- Government sources for law and tax (Income Tax Department, IGR Maharashtra, RBI), and named news reports for market events.
- Prices of other projects from their developer pages or listings, dated and labelled indicative.
How we write
- Every page shows a last-reviewed date and lists its sources.
- We state what is still developing and who a project does not suit, not only the positives.
- We never promise returns or appreciation, in line with MahaRERA advertising rules. Projections are labelled as illustrative scenarios.
- Tax and legal content is general information. We ask readers to confirm with a chartered accountant or lawyer.
How often pages are reviewed
Price, availability and project facts are reviewed at least monthly and whenever MahaRERA records change. Guides are reviewed quarterly.
